Billing questions
When will I be charged?
For monthly plans, you are charged immediately and then on the same date each month. For annual plans, you are charged immediately for the full year.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Subscription in your dashboard and click Cancel. You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds, no questions asked.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time and we will prorate the difference. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, so you're never charged again after cancelling.
Is there a student or indie dev discount?
Yes — email us from your student or work address and we will set you up with 50% off Premium.
